Audit Answers’ RTO Management System is comprised of a full suite of generic, customisable RTO policies and procedures and forms written to align the RTO’s continuous improvement approach to the ‘Standards for RTO’s 2015’.

Build your own courses in Audit Answers with the easy to use Subject template. Enrol students to complete their course ware from their automated student login and track student progress. Students can view learning documentation and download assessments for completion and submission.

Audit Answers, or USI Ready, AVETMISS compliant student management system that provides the RTO with student reporting for AVETMISS, and CQR comes as standard. Funded reporting also available on request.
Audit Ready Subscription
Audit Answers is available on an annual subscription basis. When a client purchases a subscription we will brand and configure your system with your company logo and relevant email delegations and required logins.
Audit Answers is available with the full Policy and Procedures RTO Management System (QMS) with Student Management System (SMS) and Learning Management System (LMS) or may be configured with the QMS or SMS alone. You may subscribe to the SMS alone, however the LMS will require that you subscribe to the SMS as well
Subscriptions are renewed annually from the date of initial uptake.
External Consultancy Services
RTO Answers’ external consultancy services are available to Audit Answers users. These include monthly, bi annual or annual external auditing services to support the RTO’s required annual declaration of compliance.
Additional Data Base functions may be further developed through upgrade projects in collaboration with the owner of Audit Answers and our software engineers.
